The Artomotive Difference
Why We’re Unique
Achieve the automotive look, feel, power, and sound you desire under one roof. Artomotive was founded to proudly serve classic car enthusiasts and vintage vehicle owners who share our passion for timeless beauty. From chassis to motor to body, you won't have to juggle your project from one shop to another. We're mindful of customer needs, and our love of cars shows in our work. When we're done, you'll be driving a vehicle that exceeds your expectations.
We Care about Your Vehicle Project
We take great pride in the opportunity to revive your classic vehicle. Artomotive provides an array of restoration options, from Showroom Stock to RestoMod to Full Custom. Our shop rates are competitive with second-to-none craftsmanship.
Quality fabrication is fundamental to the foundation of a classic vehicle. We are dedicated to fabricating one-off pieces that ensure fit and finish. We can create almost anything for your project from a wide range of materials, including sheet metal, steel, aluminum, fiberglass, carbon fiber, or wood.
Body & Paint
A vehicle's paint makes or breaks a build. Once body imperfections are eliminated, count on Artomotive to utilize the finest equipment, materials, and refinishers to create a smooth, premium finish.
Repair & Maintenance
You already know vintage vehicles and classic cars require more than routine maintenance. Artomotive offers complete, quality repairs to keep your vehicle safe for you and your loved ones.
Finishing & Detailing
We don't overlook the details. If your car has lost its shine or you simply want a professional cleaning, let Artomotive restore your car's former glory in & out.
From sponsors to spectators, THANKS to everyone who made this car show season possible... so many new friends and great vehicles this year.
Central Ohio British Car Show
May 14, 2021
Artomotive's public debut! We were proud to mingle with some of the area's best British cars and their owners. The weekend included a scenic drive, meet-and-greet dinner, and Sunday's car show. Our booth featured a current restoration of a 1967 Austin-Healey 3000.
Arthritis Foundation Car Show
August 20-21, 2021
Two days of beautiful weather and the area's best automobiles! Our booth was flanked by a pair of American classics: a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 and a 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1. We were honored to receive both a "First in Class" and "Top 50" award at this event.
Performance Charity Car Show
October 9, 2021
Our local event! Postponed from July, the car show weather gods smiled upon us to end the 2021 season in style. Our booth featured a 1964 Corvette and 1979 Camaro. We were proud to present the "Artomotive Best Custom Award" to Ed Young's 1932 Ford, while five out of six Artomotive vehicles earned trophies.
Meet the Owner
Cars have always come naturally to Artomotive's owner, Eric Smith. Like most of us, he was first drawn to their external beauty, yet as he became old enough, a rare understanding and appreciation of the internal mechanics emerged. This passion was nurtured by his father from a young age and sharpened as both an avid hobbyist and a 24-year aftermarket professional. Eric is a member of SEMA, and his work has earned multiple "Best of Show" awards locally.
Eric founded Artomotive to solve what he sees as a great disservice to classic car owners and their vehicles: "Too many shops today are doing subpar repairs on classic vehicles. We owe it to history and the future to maintain our remaining classics with great care, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a high level of quality."
